Shipping the car… Oh THAT’S why!

So I was having a hard time figuring out why I couldn’t just pack my car and send it. Then I started doing some research and it clicked! Agriculture inspection! They want you car clean and empty so the inspection goes quickly! Duh! Now that I have that figured out I am going to get my car detailed and ship it on over! 
